Healthy Muffins: Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Chips

Happy Tuesday everyone!

Today I’m going to share my new favorite muffin recipe! It is delicious, fluffy, moist, and super easy to make. It is a perfect option for when we are craving something sweet but still want to eat healthy!


Healthy Muffins: Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Chips Muffin

Ingredients

  •  1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 oats flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 coconut oil
  • 3/4 almond milk
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup fresh organic raspberries
Directions: In a large bowl stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center. Now combine the egg, almond milk, and coconut oil. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just till moistened and add the raspberries and chocolate chips. Bake the muffins in a 400 °F for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden.
It makes 8 to 10 muffins. Serve them warm!
