How is everybody’s week going? I’ve been spending lots of hours doing MBA work and enjoying time with my husband and mother-in-law … It is soooo nice to have her with us, I miss my family from Brazil so much!
But lets get to the point… Last week I tried a new DAIRY-FREE smoothie recipe, and it turned out super DELICIOUS. I used organic fruits, almond milk, and yogurt made with coconut milk, all from Whole Foods Market Olathe location (give them a follow @wholefoodsks).
This recipe is easy to make, quick, delicious, and full of nutrients!
Triple Berry Delight Smoothie Bowl (dairy-free)
- 1 frozen chopped banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry
- 2 blackberry
- 1/2 cup of Califia Farms vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 2 tbsp of SO Delicious dairy-free coconut milk yogurt
Directions: Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Transfer it to a serving bowl, add the the toppings, and ENJOY!
Toppings: I used berries including strawberries and organic coconut chips.
