Healthy Banana Cake with Dark Chocolate Fudge

Hello – Happy Friday!

As you probably know, I love baking cakes and muffins and I decided to share one of my favorite recipes with you all!

This Healthy Banana Cake is my go-to for so many reasons:  it’s super easy to make, it’s healthy and most importantly, very DELICIOUS – this cake is a big hit at my work place, they all love it!


Get ready to save this recipe because I’m sure you will love it too!


  • 3 smashed bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 4 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup oats flour (I always use the Gluten-Free version)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 425 °F for around 30 minutes.


  • 1 melted dark chocolate bar (I used the Lindt 70% Chocolate Bar)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or half and half)

Mix the melted chocolate with the milk until smooth.


PS: Sometimes I like to add some dark chocolate chips in the cake batter instead of making the fudge and let me tell you, it’s equally DELISH!
