Hope you all are having a good day. I made this recipe last week and the it turned out AMAZING! To be honest, one of my best ones. Let me know if you ever make this delicious Banana Bread, I’m sure you will love it!
HEALTHY BANANA BREAD
- 2 eggs
- 2 smashed bananas
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 whole wheat flour
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
In a medium bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients. In separate container, combine all the other ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix until smooth. Lastly, add the chocolate chips. Bake at 325•F for 55 min (using a loaf pan). ENJOY!
