Happy Wednesday!
As most of you know, last week I went to California for a mini 4-day vacation and it was PERFECT. I got to run by the beach as I kept strong on my 10K training, to go bike riding, spend quality time with my husband and of course, eat delicious food! Overall, we had 4 VERY active days (35k steps on day 1).
